Message	example is a 4 cylinder car with a wing that a 200mph race car cannot fully use. it is also putting a 4inch exhaust on a engine that could never flow enough to utilize a 2 inch exhaust.It also is stringing lights all over and making it look like the house in Chevy Chases xmas vacation movie. It is placing stickers on a car that do not have the items or designations the stickers imply. rice is pure wannabe bullshit for cars who have no class or ass. It is also color coordinating the interior to look like a whore house. This is RT's definition of rice.
